Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During new launches, promotions, or high-order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (if available)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Preorders:
Items marked as Preorder are not ready to ship immediately.
Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once the preorder item becomes available unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Icey Essentials is NOT responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only make changes before your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Icey Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
